At Organic Tea, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or damaged shipments within 30 days of purchase.

  Securely pack the unopened tea tins or accessories in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

  Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
